Visual Storyteller & Creative Lead

I’m Tinchu K Philip, a passionate and detail-oriented Editor, VFX Artist, and Motion Graphics professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the media and entertainment industry. I specialize in creating visually compelling content that blends creativity, storytelling, and technical precision.

Currently, I work as an Associate Director at Brandope (Hyderabad), where I lead animated explainer and promotional video projects from concept to final delivery. I began my journey there as a Video Producer and grew into a leadership role, managing teams and ensuring strong visual impact and clear storytelling across every project.

Previously, I spent over four years at NorthStar Entertainment Pvt Ltd as an Editor, VFX Artist, and Motion Graphics Designer, contributing to movies and web series through post-production, visual effects, and motion design. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Video Editor at SillyMonks Pvt Ltd, editing short films, lyrical videos, and promotional content that connected with diverse audiences.

I’m highly proficient in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Photoshop, Figma, and Webflow, and I thrive in collaborative environments. With a strong foundation in Visual Effects & 3D Animation and an academic background in Economics, I bring both creative and analytical thinking to every project.
